Here at Otium Design and Build, we are a family run business based in north east Derbyshire. We have over 35 years experience in the building and landscaping industy.

We offer a fully managed service, from drawings to handing back the keys. We also do individual projects, from smaller general work to something fully bespoke, and a general maintenance service both indoors and out.
